WILD AND SCENIC RIVER VALUES
From the south flank of the Arctic Continental Divide, the North Fork Koyukuk River flows about 100 miles south through the Endicott Mountains where it joins the Middle Fork Koyukuk River. This broad, glacially carved valley bisects the iconic Frigid Crags and Boreal Mountain, also known as the Gates of the Arctic.
